Today, in our 20,000-square-foot state-of-the-art machine shop, our design team is engaged every day in engineering solutions for complex operations and harsh conditions.
In the Triple J machine shop, our seasoned technicians and engineers can machine diameters from .5 inches up to 60 inches on 12 CNC lathes and 5 CNC milling stations.
Our capabilities include 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers for extremely complex parts with tolerances to +/-0.0005” for milling and +/-0.0002” for turning.
Making the Parts You Need
In the Triple J workshop, our 17 CNC machines are always meticulously maintained and regularly updated. On these machines, our talented technicians and engineers can fabricate nearly anything out of most any metal, special alloy, or industrial plastic.
Of the countless machined parts involved with power generation, there are very few, if any, that couldn’t be produced in the workshop at Triple J. With a 20-ton crane capacity, our facility can handle large-scale components safely and efficiently. On the other end of the scale, we can deftly manufacture components as small as .5 inches in diameter with extreme accuracy and technical precision.
